Q. Why have you created Three Sixty?
A. In April 2017 deregulation will mean businesses will be able to choose their water retailer for the first time, and that’s why Three Sixty has been created.
It’s new and exciting times for the water industry and we needed a company that could react to the changes and deliver for business customers. Three Sixty is born out of Yorkshire Water and part of the Kelda Group. The company headquarters are located in Yorkshire, but we will work throughout England and Scotland in both the private and public sectors.
Q. What’s different about Three Sixty?
A. Three Sixty is born out of Yorkshire Water, and is all about adding value by helping businesses manage this vital resource as effectively as possible. Our focus is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do, we know what matters most to our customers is the uninterrupted day-to-day running of their own business and they need to know that we’re here to make water work for them, simply, seamlessly and cost-effectively.
In developing Three Sixty we have learnt from being part of the Kelda Group family and the attributes that made Kelda Water Services Retail and Yorkshire Water’s non-householder business so successful and applied this to the new company, putting customer service at the heart of everything we do.
Three Sixty will be easy and straight-forward to work with and we will provide real value for our business customers. Building on the key strengths and our team’s decades of experience we will ensure the transition for customers will be smooth and seamless. For us everything starts with people. We’re honest, open and straight-talking and although a lot of the issues we deal with are complex, we always make things clear and easy to understand. We will be working with businesses nationally to help them save money, time, become more responsible, sustainable and reduce risk.
Q. Why is there a need to change in the industry?
A. The Scottish market has been open since 2008 and England is now following suit, we are supportive of the changes across the sector. We have been operating under the Kelda Water Services Retail brand successfully in the Scottish market since the changes in 2008. Clearly competition can help drive better service and our goal is for Three Sixty to lead a service revolution in the industry.
